CFIA suspends licence for Edmonton samosa maker
June 19, 2013 - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) on Monday suspended the license of Edmonton-based Aliya's Foods Ltd., a ready-to-eat red meat and poultry establishment specializing in Indian cuisines, such as curries and samosas, for non-compliance with the Meat Inspection Regulations.
NAMA announces conference on STEC and salmonella in beef processing
